Differences between the Kreepy krauly Pool Cleaner K70405 versus the K70400

Don’t make the mistake to think that the Kreepy krauly Pool Cleaner K70400 and the Kreepy krauly Pool Cleaner K70405 are the same and just a different version, cause they are not! Although the K70405 is the new version of the K70400 there is a huge difference.

Main Features and Differences
Namely: the new version is designed to work in all types of inground pools (so the concrete gunite and the fiberglass/vinyl) while the old version is designed for concrete and gunite inground pools only. There has also been a slight change in seal. The K70400 comes with a starfish seal and the K70405 comes with a pleated seal to handle the fiberglass/vinyl and tile. The New Kreepy krauly cleaner also has an wider intake for more cleaning power.

Still the same is the maintenance. Both Kreepy Krauly pool cleaners require almost no maintenance. No wheels or gears to jam, no diaphrams which wear out and need replacement, and no bags or compartments to empty.
